Iwona Stefańska graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk in 1979. After completing the prosecution apprenticeship in the 1981 - 1982, she has worked for six years, at first as a trainee prosecutor and later as a deputy prosecutor at the Prosecutor's Office in Gdynia. In 1988 she obtained legal counsel license and was registered to the list of legal counsels of the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Gdańsk. She has been working as a legal counsel since 1988, initially within an employment relationship, and since 1991 in the “MANAS” Legal Counsels and Attorneys Law Office, as its founder and managing partner.
She specializes in commercial law, customs law, bankruptcy and reorganization law, tax law, family law, property law and insurance law. Her practical experience was gained by providing legal services for business entities and individuals. Having a good knowledge of the English language, she provides legal services to foreign entities. As a legal counsel she participated in a number of court proceedings concerning the protection of personal rights and trademarks, in the field of copyright and the press law. She is a founding member of the Pomeranian Association of Real Estate Brokers - currently does not perform services related to real estate market.
Since 1998 Iwona Stefańska is a member of the Lions Club Amber in Gdańsk and participates in the International Women's Forum. In 2012 she took first place in the competition " Forbes Professionals 2012 - Occupations of Public Trust" within the category LEGAL COUNSELS in the Pomeranian Voivodship.
Magdalena Szcześniak graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk in 1980. In the years 1982 - 1984 she completed a judicial apprenticeship passing the judicial exam. In 1987 she passed the legal counsel exam and was registered to the list of legal counsels of the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Gdańsk. She started her professional career in the Customs Office in Gdynia, where she worked until 1989. She has been working as a legal counsel since 1987, initially within an employment relationship, and since 1996 in the form of individual legal counsel`s office. Since 2000, she has been a managing partner in the “MANAS” Legal Counsels and Attorneys Law Office.
She specializes in commercial law, cooperative law, insurance law, civil law, inheritance law, family law and labour law. She provided legal assistance to various business entities and individuals. In the course of her legal services she provided legal support for one of the leading Polish insurance companies, what allowed her to gain experience in the field of court proceedings relating to claims for property damages and personal damages.
For many years she has been actively involved in self-government of legal counsels. In the years 1991 - 1995 she has served as the Disciplinary Commissioner`s Deputy for the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Gdańsk, then Chief Disciplinary Commissioner`s Deputy at the National Council of Legal Counsels. She was a delegate of the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Gdańsk to the National Assembly of Legal Counsels. In the years 1999 - 2003 she served as the Deputy of the Presiding Judge of the Disciplinary Court of the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Gdańsk, and since 2003 to 2013 as the Presiding Judge of the Disciplinary Court of the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Gdańsk. Since 2013 she is a member of the Higher Disciplinary Court of the National Chamber of Legal Counsels. She was appointed by the Minister of Justice to be a member of the Second Degree Examination Committee by the Minister of Justice to hear appeals against the resolutions of the results of legal counsels examinations. In recognition of her credits to the self-government of legal counsels she was awarded the silver and gold badge "Self-Government of Legal Counsels Merit" and the medal "For Services to Self-Government of Legal Counsels in Gdańsk" .
Maciej Bernecki graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn in 2007 and completed postgraduate studies in the field of labour law at the same University in 2008. In 2010-2012 he completed a legal counsel apprenticeship at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Gdansk. In 2013 he passed the legal counsel exam and was registered to the list of legal counsels of the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Gdańsk. In the years 2010-2013 he worked as a judge`s assistant in the District Court in Sopot. He works as a legal counsel since 2013 as an individual legal counsel`s office cooperating with the "MANAS" Legal Counsels and Attorneys Law Office
He specializes in procedural and substantive civil law, in particular in the field of inheritance law, family law, contract law and enforcement proceedings. He gained professional experience while working in the district court and cooperating with the "MANAS" Legal Counsels and Attorneys Law Office. He also has extensive knowledge of procedural and substantive administrative law, insurance law, labour law and offences law. He completed a course in legal English, organized by the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.
During his studies at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn he was engaged in the "pro bono" activities – he was a member of the Student Legal Clinic providing legal advice to people whose financial situation did not allow the use of a professional (paid) legal advice.
Stanislaw Kutniewski has been carrying out activity within the field of accounting and tax law since 1992 in the form of an accounting office. In 1998 he obtained a tax adviser license and was registered to the list of tax advisers maintained by the Minister of Finance. Currently, he runs a Tax Adviser`s Office in Żukowo.
He specializes in tax law, labour law and the accountancy issues. He provides a permanent tax and accountancy services for a number of business entities, including many commercial companies. The Tax Adviser Office also provides services in the field of financial brokerage and advice to entrepreneurs who wish to apply for different forms of business financing including EU funds, grants from the Labour Offices and from the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture.
